The 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (“Annual Meeting”) was hosted entirely online, with all shareholders of record of our outstanding shares of common stock at the close of business on March 11, 2024 entitled to participate and vote.
The final voting results from the Annual Meeting were filed on Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on May 10, 2024.
