Bank to Use PULSE's PIN Debit Network in Key Markets

HOUSTON – PULSE EFT Association has reached a new agreement with Bank of America to renew and expand their relationship. PULSE will provide PIN debit network services to the bank's debit cardholders on the West Coast and throughout Texas, New Mexico and Arkansas.
