December 8, 2014

RIVERWOODS, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 8, 2014-- Discover’s website has received the top overall score for customer experience in a recent study performed by Keynote. The Keynote Scorecard rankings are based on responses from users who performed tasks on leading credit card websites.

The top nine U.S. card issuers’ websites were evaluated on how well they met weighted criteria in four categories: Functionality, Ease of Use, Privacy & Security, and Quality & Availability. Discover’s website ranked #1 in the Functionality and Ease of Use categories. The scorecard also measured the issuers’ digital capabilities organized by five common user tasks: Get Card, Check & Pay Bill, Look Up Information, Get Service, and Value Added. Discover ranked #1 in the Get Service and Value Added Service tasks.

“More customers than ever interact with Discover via the website and mobile, so it’s critical that we deliver an outstanding digital experience every time,” said Mike Boush, vice president of e-business for Discover. “This #1 ranking is validation that we are successfully delivering on that goal.”
